📍 Location : Amritsar, Punjab (On-Site) 💼 Position : Full-Time 💰 Salary : ₹35,000 – ₹50,000/month + Performance-Based Perks & Benefits 🕔 Experience : Minimum 3–5 years preferred 📅 Joining : Immediate About the Role: We are hiring a dedicated and experienced Operational Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Amritsar-based digital marketing company. The ideal candidate should be proactive, loyal, transparent , and able to manage all aspects of our operations—from team coordination and office administration to growth planning and digital marketing oversight. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operational activities, including office opening/closing, staff schedules, and office maintenance. Manage HR functions, including helpers, support staff, and recruitment coordination. Supervise and support digital marketing and development teams —must understand SEO, PPC, social media, web development, etc. Identify and implement strategies to increase revenue, team efficiency, and growth. Monitor and manage resources, budgets, and internal investments Coordinate with the CEO on daily operations , submitting weekly and monthly reports Ensure smooth team functioning , productivity, and accountability Support in managing client escalations, tech queries, and cross-team collaboration Maintain a strong company culture of discipline, transparency, and ownership Preferred Location: Candidates should be based in or around Amritsar, Pathankot, Gurdaspur, Batala , or nearby areas for smooth office management. Qualifications & Requirements: Proven experience in operations management , preferably in a digital marketing agency or company.
