Job Title: On-Camera Content Creation Intern Experience: 6 Months – 1 Year Location: Remote Stipend: ₹5,000/month Duration: 1 – 3 months About the Role We’re looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Intern who’s excited to work hands-on with real brands. You’ll help manage our content calendar, support content creation, and even be part of videos — if you’re comfortable showing your face on camera. If you’re passionate about social media, trends, and storytelling, we’d love to hear from you! Key Responsibilities Assist in scheduling and posting content on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram) using tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, etc. Maintain and update the social media calendar in collaboration with the marketing team. Monitor post performance (engagement, reach, shares) and suggest adjustments based on analytics. Assist in content creation by brainstorming new ideas, preparing graphics, and writing simple captions. Be comfortable appearing in video content for reels, stories, or tutorials. Help in creating basic scripts for short-form videos and content pieces. Stay updated with current social media trends, audio, and formats, and help incorporate them into content. Engage with followers: respond to basic comments and DMs. Maintain brand consistency across visuals, tone, and post formats. Key Skills & Qualifications Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook , and content creation best practices. Basic graphic design skills, especially with Canva. Comfortable appearing in front of the camera and assisting with video content creation. Strong sense of design, brand, and detail. Clear communication skills for captions, comments, and scripting. Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines. Preferred Qualifications Hands-on experience creating content for personal or small business accounts. Familiarity with social media scheduling tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite , etc. Understanding of how to adapt content based on engagement insights. Why Join Us?
