Odoo Engineer

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Odoo Engineer with 1 to 4 years of hands-on experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Odoo ERP, both functional and technical aspects, and be able to customize and integrate Odoo modules based on business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and customize Odoo modules (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, HR, etc.)
• Analyze business requirements and implement corresponding Odoo solutions
• Build and maintain integrations with third-party applications
• Fix bugs, optimize performance, and ensure security best practices
• Create reports using Odoo Qweb or other reporting tools
• Collaborate with functional consultants, QA, and project managers
• Maintain proper documentation of customizations and changes

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Python and Odoo framework
• Good understanding of Odoo core modules and workflows
• Experience with PostgreSQL, XML, JavaScript, HTML/CSS
• Familiarity with Odoo Studio and customization techniques
• Basic knowledge of APIs and external integrations
• Problem-solving and debugging skills
• Version control experience (e.g., Git)

Nice to Have:

• Odoo.sh or Odoo Online experience
• Worked on Odoo v14 to v17
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology
• Knowledge of Linux/Ubuntu server operations

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
