Description
As an Odoo Developer at CGI, you will be responsible for developing and customizing solutions on the Odoo Platform v15+. With a minimum of 4 years of experience, you will have a deep understanding of Odoo modules, architecture, APIs, and the ability to integrate Odoo with other systems and data sources. You will work on Odoo deployments with more than 1000 logged-in users, ensuring scalability for a large number of users and transactions. Proficiency in Python is essential, and experience with other programming languages such as Java or Scala is a plus. In this role, you will have the opportunity to analyze and interpret complex data sets, utilize data visualization tools like Superset, and work with technologies such as Cassandra and Presto for data analysis and reporting. Your experience with SQL, relational databases like PostgreSQL or MySQL, ETL tools, and data warehousing concepts will be crucial for success. Familiarity with big data technologies like Hadoop and Spark is advantageous. DevSecOps practices are integral to the role, requiring experience with containerization, Docker, Kubernetes clusters, and CI/CD using GitLab. Knowledge of SCRUM and Agile methodologies is essential, as well as proficiency in Linux/Windows operating systems and tools like Jira, GitLab, and Confluence.
