Job Role:

As a Node.js Developer, you will be instrumental in designing and developing high-performance server-side applications. You will leverage your expertise to create seamless interactions between the front-end and back-end, ensuring an exceptional user experience. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement new features, optimize application performance, and contribute to the overall success of our web applications.

Responsibilities:

► Develop and maintain server-side web applications using Node.js, ensuring optimal performance and responsiveness.
► Build and optimize RESTful APIs with Express.js for seamless front-end and database interaction.► Design and implement efficient data structures and algorithms to tackle complex technical challenges.► Integrate and manage MongoDB databases for robust data storage and retrieval.► Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver new features, enhancing user experience and functionality.► Conduct thorough code reviews to identify performance issues and uphold high coding standards.► Optimize applications for speed and scalability, addressing bottlenecks as needed.► Provide support for deployment, monitoring, and ongoing development, ensuring high availability and stability.

Requirements:

► 4+ years of experience with Node.js and JavaScript in a professional development setting.
► Strong expertise in developing APIs with Express.js.► In-depth knowledge of MongoDB for effective database management.► Proven experience in applying data structures and algorithms for efficient, scalable solutions.► Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team to meet tight deadlines.► Excellent written and verbal communication skills.► Experience in Agile environments with short delivery cycles.► Availability for immediate to 15 days notice period.
