Network Support Engineer (Tier 3)

About the Role

We are hiring a highly skilled Teams Voice Consultant (Tier 3 Support – Operations)

Experience Requirements

• Minimum

  3 years

  of hands-on experience in

  Tier 3 support

• Total 8+ years

  overall experience in the

  voice/telecom

  domain
• Strong working knowledge of:

• Microsoft Teams

  ,

  Office 365

  ,

  Skype for Business

• Audiocodes/Ribbon SBCs

  ,

  SIP/VOIP protocols

• LAN/WAN networking

• Migration experience from

  Cisco/Avaya to Microsoft Teams DR (voice)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide

  3rd line support

  for customers and resellers via email and phone
• Act as a subject matter expert in

  Microsoft Teams

  and

  SBC deployment

• Monitor systems using tools such as OVOC

  ,

  SolarWinds

  , etc.
• Handle complex escalations from Tier 1 and Tier 2 support
• Use

  Incident Management Systems

  to track and resolve issues
• Work with stakeholders to understand requirements, design solutions, and execute deliverables
• Plan and manage personal ticket queues while meeting SLAs
• Deliver training and support internally and externally
• Share technical knowledge with users and junior colleagues
• Be available for

  on-call 24x7 support

  when required
• Proactively maintain high service standards and client satisfaction

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with

  Cisco CUCM

  and

  Avaya

  voice platforms
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and documentation ability
• Experience in

  project deployment

  and

  client onboarding
