Job Summary:

Network Security Engineer

This is a full-time position based out of Mohali, and we are seeking candidates who can join immediately or within 15 days.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement secure network architecture, systems, and protocols.
Configure, manage, and maintain firewalls (e.g.,
SonicWall
,
Seqrite
) and VPNs (e.g.,
IPSec
,
OpenVPN
).
Perform
vulnerability scanning
and
risk assessments
using tools like
Nessus
.
Ensure secure network segmentation using VLANs, ACLs, and subnetting.
Install and manage antivirus solutions (e.g., eScan Server, endpoint protection tools).
Conduct regular patch updates and configuration management of network security devices.
Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, changes, and security incidents.
Generate reports on system health, vulnerabilities, and incident response.
Educate staff on cybersecurity awareness and best practices.
Configure and manage endpoint security solutions like
Mobisec
to prevent malware and unauthorized access.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams for seamless integration of security solutions with tools like
Zimbra
,
GitLab
, and
Taiga
.

Required Skills:

In-depth knowledge of networking protocols and architecture
VPN configuration and firewall management
Experience with VLANs, ACLs, IDS/IPS
Familiarity with encryption, cryptography, and endpoint security
Hands-on with vulnerability scanning tools (e.g., Nessus)
Linux/Unix system handling
Strong analytical, reporting, and documentation skills
Good communication and cybersecurity training abilities
