Social Hands on experience with social channel (Facebook, Twitter, Line, WhatsApp) design and integration with Genesys cloud, Architect flow development Voice/Chat Bot Hands on experience with social channel (Facebook, Twitter, Line, WhatsApp) design and integration with Genesys cloud, Architect flow development Advanced IVR/Speech Recognition Hands on experience developing advanced complex IVRs in Architect including TTS, ASR Coding ¿ platform API & SDK Hands on experience developing applications using Genesys cloud APIs with SDK (Java, Javascript, .NET etc.) Workforce Management Hands on experience with Genesys WFM platform, design, implementation, configuration.
