Network Architect - Datacenter

Strategic Network Planning & Design

• Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of complex, large-scale enterprise network and data center solutions that are secure, scalable, resilient, and aligned with business goals.
• Develop and own the multi-year network technology roadmap, anticipating future business needs and technological advancements (e.g., Cloud, SDN, AIOps, IoT, Edge Computing).
• Create and maintain comprehensive architectural artifacts, including high-level and low-level design documents, network diagrams, standards documents, and business Leadership & Subject Matter Expertise :
• Act as the ultimate authority and final escalation point for all network-related issues, providing expert-level troubleshooting for the most complex and critical network incidents.
• Evaluate, recommend, and select new network technologies, vendors, and services through rigorous proof-of-concept (PoC) testing and analysis.
• Set and enforce network architecture standards, policies, and best practices across the & Stakeholder Management :
• Lead cross-functional projects, collaborating with cybersecurity, cloud, systems, and application teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Translate complex business requirements into tangible network solutions and effectively communicate proposals, designs, and strategies to both technical teams and senior business leadership.
• Mentor and guide junior network engineers and architects, fostering technical growth and knowledge sharing within the Security & Compliance :
• Integrate security principles into all network designs (Security by Design), collaborating closely with the cybersecurity team to implement Zero Trust architecture, network segmentation, and threat mitigation strategies.
• Ensure all network architectures comply with regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, PCI-DSS, local data laws) and internal governance policies.
• Lead network capacity planning, performance tuning, and optimization initiatives to ensure the network meets and exceeds performance SLAs.
