● Strong proficiency in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js
● Clear understanding of REST APIs, Git, MVC Architecture
● Hands-on experience in building real-world projects
● Familiarity with front-end and back-end development workflows
● Good command of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, CSSRoles and Responsibilities
● Conduct interactive and structured training sessions
● Develop course plans, assignments, and real-time projects
● Assess student performance and provide guidance
● Ensure students gain practical, job-ready skills
● Stay updated with latest developments in MERN technologies
● Minimum 2 years of hands-on MERN Stack experience
● Prior experience in teaching or mentoring (preferred)
● Strong communication and presentation skills
● Ability to work full-time and manage a structured curriculum
