Role Description

MERN Stack Developer

You will collaborate with UI/UX designers and backend developers to deliver high-quality features and ensure the performance, responsiveness, and robustness of applications.

Tech Stack Requirements

Frontend:

• React.js (with Redux or Context API)
• HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+)
• Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS (optional)

Backend:

• Node.js
• Express.js
• MongoDB (Mongoose)

Optional/Bonus:

• TypeScript
• Ionic Framework (for hybrid mobile app development)
• REST APIs or GraphQL

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain scalable web applications using the MERN stack
• Develop reusable and efficient front-end and back-end components
• Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement new features
• Ensure application responsiveness, performance, and scalability
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment
• Debug and troubleshoot production issues

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in

  MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js

• Hands-on experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+)

• Solid understanding of RESTful API design and integration

• Experience with database management and query optimization

• Familiarity with Git

  and

  GitHub

  version control
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Excellent collaboration and communication abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in

  Computer Science

  , or a related field
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
