About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and passionate MERN Stack Developer to join our development team. You will be responsible for building and maintaining scalable web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. The ideal candidate should be self-driven, take ownership of tasks, and have a strong understanding of full-stack development.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy full-stack web applications using the MERN stack.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code with best practices.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality products.
• Optimize components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers.
• Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to team learning and growth.
• Work in an Agile/Scrum development process and follow DevOps best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and ES6+.
• Experience with React hooks, context API, Redux, or other state management tools.
• Knowledge of RESTful API design and integration.
• Familiarity with Git version control and CI/CD tools.
• Experience with database design and performance tuning in MongoDB.
• Understanding of web security, authentication, and authorization practices (JWT, OAuth, etc.).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication skills and team collaboration.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 per month
