Job Responsibilities:
Oversee the Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) design and implementation across all project phases.
Coordinate with architects, civil engineers, and consultants to ensure proper MEP integration.
Conduct site inspections to monitor execution as per design and quality standards.
Prepare BOQs, technical specifications, and reports related to MEP works.
Assist in the planning and scheduling of MEP activities.
Review MEP drawings and ensure compliance with codes, standards, and safety regulations.
Support in procurement and vendor coordination for MEP materials and equipment.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during execution.
Key Skills:
Strong knowledge of HVAC, fire-fighting, electrical & plumbing systems
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP (preferred), and MS Office
Good understanding of MEP codes and regulations
Site supervision and coordination skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
