· BIM Model Development: Develop detailed 3D BIM models of mechanical systems using industry-standard software such as Revit MEP and Navisworks.
· Interdisciplinary Coordination: Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate MEP systems seamlessly within the building design, ensuring spatial coordination and clash detection.
· MEP Systems Design: Assist in designing and laying out electrical systems based on project requirements, codes, and standards.
· Clash Detection and Resolution: Conduct clash detection analysis to identify and resolve conflicts between MEP systems and other building components, ensuring constructability and coordination.
