Key Responsibilities:
•Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of MEP & LV systems, including design principles, cost estimation, and specifications to deliver optimal client solutions.
•Proposal Development: Prepare detailed technical and commercial proposals, incorporating value engineering for cost-effective solutions.
•Client Engagement: Collaborate with sales to assess client requirements and provide tailored solutions within budget.
•Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor proposals, and MEP & LV package costing.
•Contract Negotiation: Support sales in negotiating contract terms to secure favourable pricing and project scope while safeguarding company interests.
Required Skills:
•Experience: Min. 6-8 Year in MEP commercial and sales in fitout/Construction industry.
•Technical Knowledge: Expertise in MEP systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection).
•Commercial Acumen: Proven success in commercial roles within the fit-out and construction industry.
•Communication: Strong verbal and written skills for clear technical presentations.
•Business Acumen: Understanding of pricing strategies, financial analysis, and profit margins.
•Value Engineering – Ability to optimize designs for cost efficiency without compromising quality
•Tendering & Estimation – Expertise in preparing competitive bids and cost analysis.
Good-to-Have Skills (preferred but not mandatory)
•Project Management – Familiarity with project timelines, deliverables, and coordination with multiple stakeholders.
•BIM & AutoCAD Proficiency – Experience with Building Information Modelling (BIM) and AutoCAD for design review and coordination.
•Regulatory Compliance – Understanding of local building codes, safety standards, and industry regulations.
•Stakeholder Management – Ability to liaise effectively with consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
Required Qualifications:
•Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field exp.
