Job Description

Industry: Interior Contracting – Interior Fit-Out Works with Turnkey Solutions

Experience: 7+ years in Interior Fit-Out Projects

Key Responsibilities:

Handling MEP works (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) in interior fit-out projects.
Reviewing and coordinating MEP drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
Ensuring compliance with design standards and site execution timelines.
Preparing rate quotes based on BOQs during tender bidding.
Coordinating with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
Overseeing site work, quality control, testing, commissioning, and handover.

Key Skills Required:

Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Firefighting, and Plumbing systems.
Proven experience in interior fit-out projects.
Proficiency in reading and coordinating MEP and architectural drawings.
Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project, and MS Office.

Qualifications:

Degree / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.

Preferred Background:

Interior Fit-Out Contracting (Commercial / Retail / Hospitality Projects).
