Member of Technical Staff

Objectives & Responsibilities

• Hands-On Feature Delivery

• Drive development of core product features from concept to deployment, including coding, peer reviews, testing, and documentation.

• Refactor & Optimize

• Modernize legacy systems, eliminate technical debt, and improve scalability, stability, and performance.

• CI/CD Ownership

• Design and implement robust, automated deployment pipelines to support fast, safe, and frequent releases.

• Technical Strategy

• Collaborate with the founding team to define and execute the technical roadmap, architecture, and system design.

• Team Mentorship

• Guide and mentor junior and mid-level engineers. Advocate best practices and scalable development workflows.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Product, Design, and Business stakeholders to ensure features meet user and market needs.

Core Requirements

• Experience:

• 8–10 years of hands-on software development experience, preferably in Staff or Senior IC roles (not pure people management).

• Frontend:

• Deep expertise in

  React

• Backend:

• Strong experience with

• Systems & Infrastructure:

• Solid understanding of

  Kubernetes

  , scalable microservices, and distributed systems. Ability to write and maintain clear architecture/design documentation.

• Familiar with setting up and managing fully automated pipelines and infrastructure.

• AI/ML:

• Experience with

  . Familiarity with modern LLM workflows.
