Job Title: Medical Coder - E&M, IP, and OP (3+ Years Experience) Location: Mohali, Punjab Employment Type: Full-time Shift: Rotational - Indian hours/US hours Job Description: Are you a skilled coding professional with a passion for quality and accuracy? Do you have a minimum of 3 years of experience in E&M, IP, and OP coding? If so, we want you on our team! Responsibilities: Review and assess medical records for accurate coding and documentation. Ensure compliance with coding guidelines and regulations. Identify and report coding errors and discrepancies. Collaborate with the coding team to improve coding processes and accuracy. Assist in training and mentoring junior coders. Participate in quality assurance and improvement initiatives. Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience in E&M, IP, and OP coding. Certified Coding Specialist (CCS) or Certified Professional Coder (CPC) certification is preferred. Strong understanding of coding guidelines and regulations. Proficient with coding software and electronic health records (EHR) systems. Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills. Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
