Mechanical Design Manager

A.      High level of capability with experience in the following areas:



 i.      AutoCAD

 ii.     Hydraulic schematics and parts lists (Optional)

 iii.     Hydraulic package – assembly drawings (Optional)

 iv.     3D software using Creo with quick learning ability to use Solid Works 3D packaging. 

 v.     Design capability

 vi.     Technical writing ability in English with proper document format and English grammar that is acceptable to the USA English customer. 

b.      Expected ability and quick learning.

 i.     Finite Element Analysis (FEA) analysis using Solid Works

 ii.     Load bank fabrication structural stress analysis with the objective of reducing the cost and weight of the metal. 

 iii.     Airflow analysis using SolidWorks.

B.       Work Responsibility:

A.     Manage 5 to 10 engineers & Designers.

B.     Review & analyze their work daily.

C.      Review with drawings.

D.     Provide technical guidance.

a.      Fabrication, Machining, Packing

b.      3D Solid work.

E.      Enforce Configuration control, Documentation.

F.      Design completion targets.

G.     FEA, Design analysis.

H.     Communicate with customer for design improvement, product improvement, design scheduled & work status.

I.        Vendor development for parts. E.g. Ceramic parts.

J.       Certification with UL, TUA, ASME, ISO etc.

K.      Seem to be honest by staffing he does not have vibration.

L.      Structure design for hear items like reactor etc.

M.   Lead Team, Workload, schedules

N.     FEA, Stress Analysis

O.     Configuration set up one of the engineers for configure - Milan Chokshi.

P.      Do Modifications/ Retrofit jobs in our existing product by using new technology or adding / replace existing components as per requirement to make common usable items for all models.

Q.     BOM in ERP system, Release Documents & Make Layout.
