Designation- Mechanical Design Manager

Department-MECHANICAL DESIGN

Experience: 10 to 18 YOE

1. Project study and understanding of project requirement and preparation of project objective documents

2. Preparation design concept and DAP documents.

3. Must have strong technical skills in machine designing and how to make cost effective and reliable machine.

4. Must have experience to handle 4 to 6 team members in design

5. Must have practical experience in selection of gearing parts which used in machines

6. Must have experience in selection of motors and load calculation

7. Must have experience in selection of rails, rack, pinion and screws etc.

8. Must have experience in selection of hydraulics and pneumatics parts selection as per process requirements

9. Must have experience in material selection and heat treatment process knowledge

10. Must have awareness of tool room machining process

11. Must have experience in GD&T for making manufacturing drawings

12. Must have experience in 3D modelling and 2D drafting

13. Must be able to select electromechanical parts as per design requirements

14. Must have experience in co-ordination with suppliers during the selection of standards parts

15. Must have experience in handling project-related documents, including as built 3D & 2D engineering data, drawings, and final manufacturing BOM creation.

16. Ability to work on different types of projects as per project requirements.

17. Must have experience in cross functional team working

18. Communication A team leader should possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

19. A team leader should have a clear vision for the team and the ability to set goals and objectives that align with the overall organizational goals
