Position Overview:

We are seeking dynamic, knowledgeable, and student-focused faculty members to join our team for coaching MCA aspirants targeting CUET PG and NIMCET 2026. The ideal candidate will have strong subject expertise in Mathematics and/or Computer Science, along with a passion for teaching and mentoring students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver classroom sessions for Mathematics and/or Computer Science topics as per CUET PG and NIMCET syllabus.
• Prepare high-quality study material, question banks, practice sets, and mock tests.
• Conduct doubt-clearing sessions, workshops, and exam strategy discussions.
• Monitor and track student progress and provide individual academic guidance as needed.
• Keep up-to-date with exam patterns, syllabus changes, and relevant trends.
• Contribute to course planning, syllabus development, and continuous content improvement.
• Engage in student mentorship and motivation to enhance performance and confidence.
• Collaborate with academic and management teams to ensure smooth course delivery.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's / Master’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, MCA, or related field.
• Proven teaching experience in entrance exam preparation (CUET PG / NIMCET preferred).
• Strong conceptual clarity and excellent communication skills.
• Familiarity with recent MCA entrance exam trends and question patterns.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in teaching methodologies.
• Prior success in coaching top-ranking students.
• Ability to create digital learning content (PPTs, recorded lectures, etc.)

Job Types: Part-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: From ₹8,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 8 – 10 per week

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Evening shift

Supplemental Pay:

• Yearly bonus
