Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across-channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate, and motivate Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement. Job Responsibilities · Lead and oversee the marketing team’s daily operations, ensuring smooth execution of campaigns, alignment with business objectives, and continuous team development. · Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company and drive qualified traffic to the website. · Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution. · Experiment with various organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, curation, pay-per-click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation, copywriting, and performance analysis. · Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups. · Build strategic relationships and partner with exhibitors, agencies, and vendors. · Oversee and approve marketing material, from website banners, creatives, and emails to hard copy brochures and other promotional material. · Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals. · Analyze consumer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly. · Partner with universities to promote our brand among various student-run teams. · Strategize with our content collection team and lead various content collection activities with videographers and photographers. · Collaborate with various internal teams like Engineering, Production, HR, and IT to amplify our marketing activities to strengthen our brand nationwide.
