This is a unique hybrid role that puts you at the very heart of our business, blending revenue-focused marketing with hands-on technical support. We are building a new, high-performance team and looking for a versatile individual to be both our public voice and our customers' technical hero.

Your primary mission is to directly drive revenue and grow our brand through targeted, multi-channel marketing. You will also be the trusted, technical first point of contact for our user base. The Role: A Hybrid of Revenue Marketing & Hands-On Support

This role is dynamic, with your time split between marketing initiatives and providing direct technical assistance.

Revenue Marketing & Execution (Your Primary Focus - approx. 80% of your time):

  • Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including

    Email, WhatsApp, and Social Media,

    with a clear focus on generating new business.
  • Launch and manage marketing projects from start to finish.
  • Create compelling content and copy designed to drive conversions.
  • Track and report on campaign performance, with a sharp focus on revenue generated and ROI.

Hands-On Technical Support (Your Secondary Focus - approx. 20% of your time):

  • Provide front-line technical support, diagnosing software and configuration issues.
  • Securely connect to customer systems using

    remote access tools

    to troubleshoot problems and

    apply fixes directly.

  • Clearly document your troubleshooting steps and resolutions.
  • Escalate complex issues to our development team with detailed diagnostic notes.

Who We're Looking For: The Ideal Candidate

  • A Proven Revenue Generator:

    You are a strategic marketer who can

    show proven success in delivering revenue.

    You think like a business owner and can show how your past work directly contributed to growth.
  • A Multi-Channel Expert:

    You have hands-on

    knowledge of how to run effective campaigns using Email, WhatsApp, and Social Media.

  • A Modern Tool User:

    You are proficient with the

    latest productivity and marketing tools

    (e.g., CRM, email automation, social media schedulers) and know how to use them to work efficiently.
  • A Confident Technical Troubleshooter:

    You have proven experience in a hands-on technical support role and are skilled with

    remote access software

  • Autonomous with High Attention to Detail:

    You are a self-starter who excels at working autonomously and takes pride in your work.

The Offer & Structure: Full Transparency

  • Role:

    Full-Time Independent Contractor. You will be responsible for your own local tax and social contributions.
  • Compensation:

    A base salary of

    $500 USD per month

    , plus performance-based bonuses and a

    fantastic commission package for all new business you generate.

  • The Schedule:

    Our core support hours are

    15:00 to 03:00 ICT (Indochina Time)

    . This is a

    4-day work week role

    . Your schedule will be set with your team lead to ensure we always have coverage, which will include some weekends. There will be an initial onboarding period to ensure the team is fully settled.
