Marketing Manager – Saudi Arabia
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Reports to: Head of Commercial – Middle East

Role Overview

The Marketing Manager – Saudi Arabia is responsible for executing targeted marketing initiatives that enhance NEP’s visibility, support commercial growth, and drive client engagement across the Kingdom. The role delivers high-impact campaigns, localized content, and strategic event participation, while ensuring alignment with NEP’s global brand and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Planning & Execution

  • Implement the regional marketing plan aligned with NEP’s commercial strategy in Saudi Arabia.

  • Ensure campaigns are relevant to the local market while maintaining global brand consistency.

  • Monitor market trends and align activities with Vision 2030 and national events.

Campaigns & Content Development

  • Roll out digital, social, and email marketing campaigns tailored to the Saudi audience.

  • Develop compelling content such as case studies, client decks, videos, and brochures.

  • Maintain a consistent and professional communication stream across platforms.

Events & Brand Visibility

  • Lead NEP’s presence at major Saudi industry events (e.g. Riyadh Season, Saudi Games).

  • Manage branding, logistics, and coordination for trade shows, conferences, and activations.

  • Ensure strong representation of NEP’s identity in all external-facing experiences.

Digital Marketing & Social Media

  • Oversee NEP Saudi Arabia’s social media accounts, working with the global team for brand alignment.

  • Update website content with localized case studies and news.

  • Track and optimize digital performance to increase reach and engagement.

Sales Support

  • Support commercial teams with localized sales tools, pitch decks, and RFP responses.

  • Collaborate on client presentations and ensure messaging reflects Saudi market needs.

  • Collect testimonials and project highlights to strengthen sales narratives.

Internal Marketing & Employer Brand

  • Partner with HR to promote NEP’s employer brand within Saudi Arabia.

  • Support internal communications and engagement initiatives for new joiners and teams.

Reporting & Brand Compliance

  • Report on campaign performance and ROI for the Saudi market.

  • Align with NEP global marketing systems, policies, and brand guidelines.

  • Maintain brand quality and consistency across all marketing assets.

Key Requirements

  • 4–6 years of marketing experience, ideally in broadcast, live events, or tech-related sectors in Saudi Arabia.

  • Experience working with or within government entities, entertainment bodies, or mega projects is a plus.

  • Strong content creation, campaign delivery, and project management skills.

  • Experience in B2B marketing with a commercial focus.

  • Arabic fluency is a strong advantage; English proficiency required.

  • Familiarity with Saudi Arabia’s media and event landscape, including Vision 2030 initiatives.

  • Experience coordinating with global marketing teams and adapting messaging locally.
