This role is responsible for identifying and assessing training needs, creating tailored training plans, and implementing various training methods to enhance employee’s skill and performance. To support the delivery of learning and development strategy to drive business improvement and enable to nurture our talent to achieve business objectives and personal development.


Roles & Responsibilities

  • Min 5 to 6 years of experience in delivering training programs for new joiners and behavioral programs to employees across the organization.
  • Proven experience in facilitating training sessions for diverse audiences in corporate, educational, or other settings.
  • Proven experience in designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs focused on behavioral and Leadership skills development.
  • Exposure of creating end to end learning frameworks and measuring learning effectiveness
  • Knowledge of adult learning theory.
  • Experience in planning and strategizing training programs
  • Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with training delivery methods, techniques, and tools.
  • Experience of curating engaging and impactful behavioral training content that resonates with the learning objectives and enhances the organizational culture
  • Experience of designing, developing and delivering impeccable and immersive learning programs that specifically address the needs of our stakeholders.
  • Work continuously to improve the content of the program and experience of participants
  • Should have expertise in identifying behavioral training needs, tailoring content to meet specific objectives
  • Good knowledge on design methodologies and instructional design
  • Expertise on e-learning modules and virtual classrooms
  • Experience of handling leadership trainings
  • Open for travel across Pan India
