Responsibilities:

• Plan, launch, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across various paid advertising channels, including Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
• Ensure campaigns are aligned with overall marketing objectives and brand guidelines.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, product, and sales, to ensure marketing efforts are cohesive and aligned with business goals.
• Coordinate with other marketing functions, such as SEO, social media, and email marketing, for integrated campaign execution.
• Provide regular reports and insights on the performance of marketing campaigns.
• Recommend actionable improvements based on data analysis to enhance campaign effectiveness.
• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Use data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
• Continuously optimize landing pages, user flows, and conversion paths to improve conversion rates and customer acquisition.
• Manage marketing budgets effectively, allocate resources efficiently, and ensure campaigns are within budget while delivering desired results.
• Prioritize customer satisfaction by understanding their needs and striving to exceed their expectations in all marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

• 5–7 years of experience in performance marketing.
• Preferred experience in E-commerce, Healthcare, or Nutraceutical industries.
• Demonstrated experience managing a monthly marketing budget of at least ₹1.5 Crores.
• Strong understanding of paid advertising principles and platforms.
• Creative mindset with the ability to contribute innovative ideas and overcome challenges.
• Proficient in articulating ideas clearly and communicating with relevant stakeholders.
• Excellent proficiency in Excel and strong analytical capabilities to interpret data and drive insights.
