Manager Operations

Job Description: We are hiring an experienced and proactive Operations Manager – Production & Maintenance to lead and coordinate all aspects of our production and maintenance operations. The ideal candidate will ensure that manufacturing processes run efficiently, equipment is well-maintained, and downtime is minimized—while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and team performance. Key Responsibilities: Production Operations: Oversee daily production activities to meet output, quality, and delivery targets Plan and manage production schedules and resource allocation Monitor performance metrics and implement process improvements Coordinate with procurement and inventory teams to ensure material availability Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards Maintenance Management: Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all machinery and equipment Supervise maintenance team and ensure timely repairs and troubleshooting Minimize equipment downtime and maximize production uptime Manage maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, and contractor relationships Team Leadership & Reporting: Lead and mentor production and maintenance teams to meet performance goals Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews Generate reports on production efficiency, downtime, and maintenance activities Report key operational data to senior management and recommend improvements Requirements: Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role in a manufacturing/industrial setting Strong knowledge of production processes and maintenance systems Excellent leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines Proficiency in using ERP systems and MS Office BE Mech /Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Work Location: In person
