Profile Overview: Designation: Manager / Sr. Manager (Final designation will depend on candidate’s skill set and performance during the selection process) Department: Medical Affairs Job location: Corporate Office, Mankind Pharma_ Delhi and Mumbai Qualification: MD or MBBS, an MBA or additional management qualifications will be an advantage Experience : Post Degree 4 to 8 years of relevant experience in Medical Affairs within the pharmaceutical industry. Mandate Skills set required: Scientific & Therapeutic Expertise: Strong understanding of key therapeutic areas like Dermatology, Endocrinology, Cardiology, Gastroenterology, Ophthalmology, etc. Strategic Thinking: Ability to align scientific insights with commercial goals, contributing to business growth. Medico-Marketing Support: Experience in supporting commercial teams with clinical data, product positioning, and compliant communication. KOL Engagement: Proven ability to build and manage relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and HCPs. Cross-functional Collaboration: Effective coordination with Marketing, Regulatory, Legal, Clinical Research, and Sales teams. Compliance & Regulatory Acumen: Deep understanding of relevant industry guidelines and regulatory frameworks. Communication & Influence: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders. Project & Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks under tight deadline. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement scientific strategies to support product positioning and commercial objectives. Provide evidence-based insights and scientific guidance to support marketing and brand teams. Ensure accuracy, compliance, and relevance of all medical content in promotional and communication materials. Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs, HCPs, and other relevant stakeholders. Plan and execute KOL engagement activities, including advisory boards, symposia, webinars, and roundtable discussions. Collaborate with KOLs on clinical trials, investigator-initiated studies, and scientific publications. Lead the design and execution of medico-marketing initiatives such as CMEs, webinars, and educational campaigns. Drive the integration of clinical data into medical strategies to support post-marketing activities. Ensure all medical affairs initiatives adhere to internal policies, regulatory standards, and ethical guidelines. Partner with internal teams to develop scientific communication strategies across digital, print, and live platforms
