Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Manage, monitor, and maintain the hospital’s HMIS/Hospital ERP to ensure seamless operations. Act as the technical expert for HMIS modules, coordinating with vendors and end-users for timely issue resolution. Administer and maintain MS SQL databases , including backups, performance tuning, query optimization, and user management. Provide hands-on support and training to hospital staff for effective use of HMIS and related systems. Ensure data integrity, security compliance, and high system availability. Work closely with clinical, administrative, and finance teams to address operational needs through IT solutions. Maintain up-to-date documentation of system configurations, workflows, SOPs, and troubleshooting guides. Plan and execute system upgrades, integrations, and implementation of new modules. Collaborate with the IT team to support network infrastructure, security protocols, and data centre operations as needed. Prepare routine and ad-hoc reports to support hospital management and statutory compliance. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant IT or database certifications are a plus. 5–8 years of experience in hospital IT operations, with at least 3 years of direct experience managing HMIS/Hospital ERP systems . Strong working knowledge of MS SQL Server administration and query development.
