Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Corporate Sales Manager to lead and manage B2B sales of IT hardware including laptops, servers, and workstations. The ideal candidate will have experience in handling large corporate accounts, building strong client relationships, managing a high-performing sales team, and driving revenue growth. This role demands excellent leadership, strategic planning, and hands-on negotiation skills with corporate IT Managers and Procurement Heads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Leadership & Team Management
  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of corporate sales executives.
  • Assign targets and KPIs, and ensure the team meets or exceeds quarterly and annual goals.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide guidance for improvement.
  • Corporate Client Handling
  • Identify and target new corporate clients across industries.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with IT Managers, Procurement Heads, and key decision-makers.
  • Organize and participate in client meetings, presentations, product demos, and negotiations.
  • Sales Funnel & Lead Management
  • Monitor and manage the sales funnel for the team.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on leads, inquiries, and proposals.
  • Provide regular updates and accurate sales forecasts to senior management.
  • Deal Closure & Negotiations
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery terms with clients.
  • Ensure profitable deals while maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to align solutions with client needs.
  • Market Intelligence & Strategy
  • Stay updated with market trends, competition, and pricing.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies and drive campaigns to generate corporate leads.
  • Work closely with the marketing team for demand generation activities.
  • Reporting & Documentation
  • Maintain CRM systems for tracking leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
  • Prepare sales reports, pipeline analysis, and business review presentations.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • 5–10 years of experience in B2B IT hardware sales, with at least 2–3 years in a team management role
  • Proven track record in corporate sales of laptops, servers, and workstations
  • Strong network and relationship-building capabilities in the corporate IT ecosystem
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and drive a sales team
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and MS Office Suite
  • Ability to travel for client meetings and business development

Preferred Attributes:

  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and hardware technologies
  • Experience working with OEMs, system integrators, and distributors
  • Aggressive and self-driven attitude with strategic thinking capabilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

  • Performance bonus
