Inviting applications for the role of Manager, Order to Cash
In this role, We're looking for someone with extensive knowledge and understanding of entire order to cash process with special focus on order management, order fulfilment, claims, pricing, and credit management. In this role, you will be expected to work on strict deadlines, in a fairly high-pressure business environment while being a good standout colleague and should have led a team size of ~10 to 50 people.
Responsible for all the activities related to Order to Cash domain including order management and fulfilment, credit management, pricing, claims, and Cash Application
Handle Order to Cash related to Cash applications and other functions, adhere to all key metrics i.e SDA, Unapplied Cash, TAT etc.
Experience of balancing new transitions, phasing from strategic assessment till operations set up with zero surprise delivery
Timely and effective communication with internal departments for issue resolution
Drive transformation, standard methodologies' framework, case studies, benchmarking for making processes more efficient and effective
Identify process improvement opportunities and drive implementation (Lean and Six Sigma projects), good to have lean and six sigma certified
Participate in governance meetings at country/region level; closely work with the team and ensure right collaboration with the team members accurately to meet the results and empower & help them to develop the process standards
Prior experience of some automation / tool deployment
Minimum qualifications
Any Graduate / Preferred B.Com
Good Interpersonal Skills -verbal and written
Flexibility to any shift
MS - Office knowledge and Strong E-mail and Customer call handling etiquettes
Good Analytical Skills
Reporting Knowledge
