We are seeking an experienced and strategic Manager, Channel Development to lead our channel expansion efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships with key channel partners to drive business growth and revenue.
1. Develop and Execute Channel Strategy: Create and implement a comprehensive channel development strategy to achieve business objectives.
2. Identify and Recruit New Partners: Research, identify, and recruit new channel partners to expand our partner ecosystem.
3. Build and Maintain Partner Relationships: Foster strong relationships with existing partners to ensure their continued success and growth.
4. Partner Enablement: Develop and deliver partner training programs to ensure partners are equipped to successfully sell and support our products/services.
5. Performance Management: Monitor and analyse partner performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve results.
6. Conflict Resolution: Resolve partner-related issues and conflicts in a timely and professional manner.
7. Budget Management: Manage channel development budget to ensure effective use of resources.
8. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Marketing, and Study abroad consultants to ensure alignment and effective communication.
9. On Ground activations: Coordinating and organising Study abroad Seminars in Schools, Colleges, Universities and Corporates.
1. Education: Bachelor's degree is a must. Master’s in Business Administration- Marketing will be an added advantage
2. Experience: Minimum 3+ years of experience in channel development, partner management, or business development. Experience in Education sector will be a plus
3. Local Candidates from Bhopal will be preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
1. Industry Knowledge: Experience in the Study abroad/ Education industry.
2. Certifications: Relevant certifications, such as Selling/ Negotiation Skills and/or Channel Development Certification.
3. Language Skills: Proficiency in English is a must.
