Job Description

Role Summary: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Management Trainee – Business Consulting to support our client execution and implementation processes. This is an ideal role for freshers who are eager to learn about international standards, industry-specific operational challenges, and real-world business execution. You’ll work directly with the strategy and consulting teams to improve client operations across various sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Work on execution and implementation plans for client projects across industries.
• Understand and assist in applying international standards to improve client operations.
• Identify gaps and inefficiencies in client processes and help formulate solutions.
• Support the team in documentation, process mapping, and SOP creation.
• Participate in client meetings, understand their organizational challenges, and assist in designing improvement strategies.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project flow.
• Maintain proper records and reports for client projects.

Eligibility / Skills Required

• Fresh graduates (any stream) with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English and Hindi.
• High willingness to learn about international standards and process optimization.
• Ability to work across multiple industries with an adaptable and curious mindset.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
• No prior experience required — only a learning attitude and professional discipline.
