Malabar Group - IT Lead - Manufacturing Domain

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage IT systems that support manufacturing operations, including Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, and other plant-specific software.
• Ensure the integration of IT systems with manufacturing equipment and machinery to optimize production workflows and ensure system reliability.
• Provide technical support to manufacturing teams and resolve system-related issues quickly to minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues affecting the manufacturing operations.
• Identify and implement IT solutions that improve manufacturing efficiency, reduce costs, and increase productivity.
• Collaborate with production teams to analyze operational data and implement changes based on insights gathered from IT systems.

• Stay up to date with the latest advancements in IT and manufacturing technologies to continuously improve the systems in place.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and assess their potential value to the manufacturing process.
