Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Logistics Executive who will also support the Sales Coordination team. The role involves handling order processing, tracking deliveries, coordinating with the sales and warehouse teams, and ensuring a smooth end-to-end flow of goods and information between departments.

Key Responsibilities

Logistics:

• Coordinate with transport vendors and internal teams for timely dispatch and delivery.
• Track shipments and provide regular updates to internal teams and customers.
• Maintain logistics records and ensure timely documentation (Invoices, E-way bills, GRN, etc.).
• Handle daily dispatch planning and route optimization.
• Ensure all goods are packed and shipped as per company standards.

Sales Coordination:

• Support the sales team with order processing and follow-ups.
• Update CRM and internal trackers with order and delivery status.
• Coordinate with customers on dispatch schedules and delivery confirmations.
• Assist in preparing reports on daily/weekly dispatches and pending orders.
• Work closely with operations and warehouse teams to fulfill customer requirements.

Required Skills

• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Good communication in Hindi & English
• Working knowledge of MS Excel, Email, and basic documentation
• Familiarity with CRM/ERP systems is a plus
• Ability to multitask and handle pressure
• Proactive attitude and team-oriented approach

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹25,101.19 per month
