Experience Required: 3 to 5 years

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Line 2 Windows Support Engineer to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Windows administration and scripting, with exposure to Azure and virtual machine management. This role is critical for maintaining, troubleshooting, and enhancing our virtual infrastructure to support business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

· Provide Line 2 support for Windows-based systems and resolve escalated technical issues.
· Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for system automation, monitoring, and configuration tasks.· Perform administrative tasks related to Windows Server installation, configuration, and maintenance.· Manage and maintain Azure Virtual Machines (VMs) including provisioning, resizing, deallocating, and performance optimization.· Ensure proper configuration of VM components including disk, network interfaces (NICs), and security settings.· Support the lifecycle management of VMs, including import/export processes.· Work with Flexera SpotIO tools for VM tracking and management. (Training can be provided if needed.)· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address business and infrastructure needs in a timely and effective manner.· Maintain proper documentation of systems and procedures.

Required Skills:

· 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Windows support and administration.
· Strong expertise in PowerShell scripting.· Proficiency in managing Azure Virtual Machines.· Knowledge of VM configurations including disk types, sizes, and network setups.· Experience with or willingness to learn Flexera SpotIO.· Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.· Ability to work independently as well as part of a remote/hybrid team.· Flexibility to support UK shift timings.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
