Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Navi Mumbai for a Legal Executive. The Legal Executive will be responsible for preparing legal documents, providing legal advice, Daily tasks include drafting contracts, ensuring legal compliance, handling Labour Matters, and offering legal support to various departments within the company. Drafting negotiating and reviewing documentation such as case papers,

appeals, legal notice and liaison with various law firms counsels, consultants on various matters

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law or related field
• Expertise in Law and providing Legal Advice
• Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
