Role Overview:

As the Learning Experience Designer Lead, you’ll lead a team of instructional designers and work closely with subject matter experts, academic teams, and production to deliver high-quality learning content. Your role is critical in transforming complex topics into structured, engaging, and impactful learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the instructional design team to ensure timely delivery and quality of learning content.
• Convert complex concepts into simple, engaging, and learner-friendly content.
• Create detailed storyboards using tools like PowerPoint, Canva, Articulate, or similar.
• Oversee LMS administration (preferably Open edX): including course setup, user management, and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, production, and academic teams to meet content and delivery deadlines.
• Design and implement learner-centric experiences that drive engagement and retention.
• Compile learning progress and performance reports using Excel.
• Coordinate tasks and updates using CRM platforms like Odoo.

• Bonus: Knowledge of servers and SQL will be an added advantage.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in instructional design or learning experience design.
• Strong understanding of e-learning pedagogy and content structuring.
• Proficiency in using design tools (PPT, Canva, Articulate, etc.) and LMS platforms (preferably Open edX).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• Hands-on experience with Excel and CRM tools like Odoo.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
