We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead ServiceNow Developer to join our dynamic team.

This role involves leading the development and implementation of innovative ServiceNow solutions to meet the complex needs of our business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development with a deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform.

Responsibilities

• Engage in complex projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and meet technical specifications
• Engage with key stakeholders and cross-functional teams to drive project success
• Maintain and write high-quality code that adheres to best practices
• Design and implement effective ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications and integrations
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior developers
• Prepare technical documentation and promote knowledge sharing within the team

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
• 8-12 years of application development experience on the ServiceNow platform
• Demonstrated success in managing timely delivery of complex projects
• Background in quickly learning new technologies
• Proven experience leading the development of technical solutions
• Capability to influence technical decision-making during project delivery
• Expertise in JavaScript
• Skills in coding and object-oriented, modular software development
• Proficiency in HTML technologies including HTML, CSS, Bootstrap
• Familiarity with SOA technologies such as REST or SOAP
• Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills
• B2+ English level proficiency

Nice to have

• Certification in ServiceNow Development
• Previous leadership or mentorship experience
• Proven track record of innovation in developing solutions
