Job Summary

We are looking for a highly experienced

Senior ReactJS Tech Lead

with a strong front-end development background and 10+ years of total IT experience. The ideal candidate will lead a team of developers, drive UI/UX best practices, and deliver high-quality, scalable web applications using modern JavaScript technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of responsive web applications using ReactJS
Manage and mentor a team of developers in delivering high-quality code
Implement state management using Redux
Collaborate with UX/UI designers and backend developers to integrate APIs
Ensure cross-browser compatibility, performance optimization, and mobile responsiveness
Oversee code reviews, CI/CD pipelines, and best practices
Work closely with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of features and enhancements

Must-Have Skills

Strong experience with ReactJS, Redux, and JavaScript (ES6+)
Proficient in HTML, CSS, Bootstrap
Version control using GitHub
Excellent understanding of component-based architecture and SPA development

Nice-to-Have Skills

Experience with CI/CD pipelines
Knowledge of Cloud Platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
Familiarity with Node.js and Express.js for backend integration

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Excellent communication and team leadership skills
Proven experience in leading front-end teams and delivering enterprise-scale applications
