Role Overview We’re looking for a visionary Lead Product Designer (UI/UX) who can design experiences that feel effortless, bold, and magnetic — just like the people using NO NAMES. You’ll take full ownership of our design direction and play a pivotal role in shaping the product that powers India’s coolest social community. What You’ll Do Lead the end-to-end design process from ideation to execution across mobile platforms Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and growth teams to ship meaningful, delightful features Conduct and analyze user research, feedback, and data to craft user-centered solutions Develop and maintain a strong design system that reflects the NO NAMES identity Push for design excellence while balancing speed and practicality in a startup environment Design for both function and emotion — our interface isn’t just how it looks, it’s how it feels Mentor junior designers and raise the bar for UX across the board What We’re Looking For 2+ years of experience in UI/UX or product design, with at least 1–2 years in a lead role Proven track record designing intuitive mobile-first products (iOS/Android) Mastery of Figma (or similar tools), design systems, and prototyping Deep understanding of user behavior, especially Gen Z or social-first audiences Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced startup environment A strong portfolio showcasing mobile app UX flows, UI polish, and design thinking Bonus: Background in motion design, branding, or behavioral psychology Why Join Us Shape the future of a category-defining product Work closely with founders and a passionate early team Ownership and creative freedom — your work will shape the way people socialize Be part of a bold vision to make socializing feel safe, spontaneous, and exciting again Competitive compensation, equity opportunities, and access to cool offline events across India How to Apply Send your portfolio, CV, and a short note on why you're excited about NO NAMES to HR@nonames.com Show more Show less
