Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Optimizely Developer to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Optimizely (formerly EPiServer) , .NET Core , and front-end technologies , with a proven track record of developing and maintaining high-performing web applications. Prior experience in CMS platforms is highly preferred. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Optimizely/EPiServer CMS, .NET Core, and JavaScript frameworks. Lead a team of developers and collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, QA, and product managers. Architect scalable and maintainable solutions using modern design principles and development practices. Customize and extend CMS functionalities to meet business requirements. Ensure high performance, availability, and security of applications. Conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance, and mentor junior developers. Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in Optimizely and web development. Required Skills 6+ years of experience in web development with at least 3 years in Optimizely/EPiServer CMS. Strong proficiency in .NET Core, C#, and ASP.NET MVC/Web API. Solid understanding of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js). Hands-on experience in developing and customizing CMS solutions. Familiarity with DevOps tools and version control systems like Git. Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills. Good communication and leadership abilities.
