As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a driven and detail-oriented Lead Generator to join our team and help us identify new business opportunities.

Role Overview

As a Lead Generator, you will be the first point of contact in our sales funnel. Your role is to identify, qualify, and nurture potential leads for our design and development services. This is an entry-level position with room to grow into business development, sales, or marketing roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential clients via LinkedIn, Upwork, Clutch, and other platforms.
• Generate and qualify leads through outbound messaging, cold emails, and basic CRM usage.
• Maintain and update a database of prospects and outreach activities.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align on outreach strategy.
• Follow up with leads and schedule discovery calls with senior team members.

Who You Are

• Recent graduate or up to 1 year of experience in lead generation, marketing, or business development.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong research skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with digital tools like Google Sheets, LinkedIn, and email marketing tools.
• Bonus: Interest in UX/UI design and web/app development.
