Lead Generation Specialist

We’re looking for a driven and detail-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to join our team in Mohali. In this role, you'll be responsible for identifying potential clients, reaching out through email and other channels, and helping grow our sales pipeline. You will be directly responsible for cold outreach (email, calls, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, etc.), managing the sales pipeline, and supporting your team in hitting targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and identify potential leads using tools like LinkedIn, company websites, and databases.
• Plan and run outbound lead generation campaigns through email, LinkedIn, and phone calls.
• Use email marketing to connect with prospects, including writing and testing different email content.
• Own the full sales cycle – from prospecting to demo to follow-up to closing.
• Track email and campaign performance (open rates, replies, conversions) and suggest improvements.
• Actively contribute to email marketing execution – from drafting content to setting up workflows in email tools.
• Maintain and organize a list of qualified leads and update progress regularly.
• Work closely with the sales team to hand over warm leads and support follow-ups.
• Experiment with new tools and strategies to increase response and engagement.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams for better alignment and results.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in B2B lead generation or outbound sales.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with email marketing and outreach tools.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach and online research.
• Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
