Lead Engineer

Responsibilities:

· Engineering Design and Analysis:

o Oversee civil engineering design activities, including site layout, foundation design, and structural analysis, for onshore and coastal projects.

o Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and applicable regulations.

o Conduct technical reviews and provide guidance to the engineering team.

o Effective communication and collaboration skills for integration of civil structures with multidisciplinary teams, including piping, mechanical, electrical, and chemical engineers, as well as environmental and regulatory specialists.

· Team Leadership and Development:

o Lead and mentor a team of civil engineers and drafters, providing technical guidance and professional development opportunities.

o Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment to enhance team productivity and morale.

· Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain detailed project documentation, including engineering reports, design drawings, and project status updates

Desirable skills:

· Good leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, management, and clients.

· Proficiency in relevant engineering software, such as CAD tools, structural analysis software, and project planning tools.

· Proven experience in civil engineering, with a focus on onshore and coastal infrastructure projects in the oil and gas industry.

· Knowledge of coastal engineering concepts, offshore construction techniques, and dealing with dynamic marine environments for marine infrastructure projects.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
