About the Role

Lead

You will mentor a lean team of creative minds, shape GTM narratives, build platform-native IPs, and play a pivotal role in Zepto’s mission to redefine how brands connect with India’s next-gen shoppers.


What You’ll Do

  • Lead the

    creative response on brand briefs

    from decoding the ask to delivering solution-first, platform-native ideas
  • Build and present

    high-conviction pitch decks

    to clients and agencies, often alongside the sales POC
  • Develop and scale custom IPs

    , new monetization formats, and commerce-driven innovations in collaboration with the Product team
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams

    Ad Sales, Product, Marketing, Design, Ad Ops

    and to convert concepts into live campaigns
  • Lead

    sale enablement

    by training teams on new ad solutions, capabilities, and creative best practices
  • Balance

    short-turnaround tactical briefs

    with

    longer-horizon innovation projects

  • Ensure process discipline through internal threads, structured briefing, and prioritization aligned with revenue impact
  • Join key

    client/agency meetings

    for ideation and alignment, and support

    post-campaign reviews

    with the KAM and Ad Ops team
  • Guide junior strategists and ensure quality control across all outputs


What You Bring

Must-haves:

  • 8+ years of experience in

    creative strategy, branded content, or platform monetization

    (agency, publisher, or tech product side)
  • Deep understanding of

    digital storytelling, content marketing

    , and platform-native formats
  • Strong ability to

    sell an idea

    from

    deck structure

    to

    narrative delivery

  • Proven experience in

    client presentations, product integration

    , and building GTM strategies
  • Sharp instincts on what makes an idea

    sellable

    ,

    scalable

    , and

    impactful


Bonus Points:

  • Experience working on

    e-commerce

    ,

    D2C

    , or

    quick commerce platforms.

  • Prior exposure to

    ad product teams

    or co-creating solutions with Product Managers.
  • Ability to work with data teams to validate or shape creative decisions.
