Lead Coordinator

Position: Lead Analyst (Full-Time )

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for growth.
• Verify and qualify new leads through chat-based communication channels.
• Collaborate with leadership on the development and execution of strategic initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional projects focused on process improvement and operational excellence.
• Prepare and deliver clear, data-driven presentations and reports to stakeholders.

Skills & Qualifications:

• MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with AI-driven sales tools.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and lead management experience.
• Open to freshers and candidates with experience in Customer Relations Executive (CRE) roles.
• Preference for candidates who can join immediately.
