Job Title: Lead Conversion & Relationship Executive Location: Onsite (Sattva Global City Bangalore) Type: Full-time Responsibilities: · Develop lead nurturing sequences via email and WhatsApp. · Create personalized communication paths for each lead. · Implement re-engagement campaigns to bring inactive leads back into the funnel. · Design conversion-focused follow-ups and reminders. · Analyze performance and optimize nurturing campaigns. · Collaborate with the counseling team for seamless lead handoffs. Requirements: · 2+ years experience in lead nurturing and marketing automation. · Knowledge of email and messaging campaigns. · Strong understanding of the student decision journey. · Experience with marketing automation tools. · Data analysis capabilities.
