Job Description

Job responsibilities

  • Manage and grow relationships with key accounts, ensuring long-term customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Developing a trust worthy relationship with Key Accounts for Tea & Coffee vending machine
  • Drive customer strategy for a key customer, drive & execute business as set by the Leadership Team.
  • Develop and implement appropriate Channel & Customer plans to achieve the sales Targets.
  • Track market trends and competitor activity within the vending sector.
  • Monitor Sales Performance by Brand by Customer through Daily, Weekly & Monthly reports.
  • Develop and implement appropriate Channel & Customer plans to achieve the sales Targets.


Desired Skill

  • Should be a Team Player and capable to build a team.
  • Strong communication skills as well as interpersonal skills who can build strong relationships with the professionals of other organizations.
  • Strong ability in problem solving and negotiations.


Qualification

  • MBA (Marketing) with at least 4+ years exp. in sales of Tea & Coffee vending machines is a must.
