Job Duties/ Responsibilities/ Accountabilities

Key Responsibilities:

a.Annual Report: Facilitate content and development of the Annual Report for AIL
b. Help prepare for AGM Internal Communication:c. Design internal communication strategy and calendar to ensure periodic and consistent messaging across AILd. Lead the content and flow for all key internal eventsE. Oversee Theme, Content And Narrative Setting For - International Meets, MD Awards, Townhall, R&R Meets (Abbott Excellence Awards, Breakfast Meets Etc.) MD Communicationf. MD Comms: Manage day-to-day key interventions for MD engagement with internal stakeholdersg. Create various internal communication for field/HO colleagues in AILh. Collaborate with the Public Affairs team on MD’s LinkedIn calendar and posts

Job Specification

Education

Masters in Communication/ Media/ Pharma

Experience

6+ years of experience with a communication profile across industries (preferably in a listed entity)
Exposure of managing large scale corporate events

Skills

Excellent Communication Skills
Demonstrates creativity, innovation and drive for results.
Ability to influence, lead and work with cross functional teams
Senior Stakeholder Management
Analytical skills
